Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Sound Boards and electronics are not reimbursable due to usage by customer or user errors all electronics are pretested prior to shipping any issues with electronics must be communicated via email and with images or video for further evaluation , repairs or replacements.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
Warranty is voided if item was purchased 2nd hand from original buyer we do not replace nor provide refunds if you are not the original buyer proof of purchase must be submitted and confirmed.
Trades are not acceptable nor exchange of product. Any Alteration to product is also not accepted as it will void your warranty this includes any Software related changes which caused damage to the original tested product unless SPECIFICALLY instructed by Exegol Outpost customer Service or Owner
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
