SIMPLY SUBLIME! Proud owner of Jarec’s Fall Proffie for 6 ish months now, it’s held up phenomenally well!
Breakdown below!
Electronics: Proffieboard 2.2 core w/pixel blade, 32in
Only issue with the proffie core is it’s kinda difficult to get to the usb port and sdcard, it’s in an awkward position to get to and you have yo finagle the board a little to get it just right. No notes otherwise!
Hilt: Mostly Aluminum, really sturdy despite being able to un-thread in about 7 places. The very center has a hard plastic casing where the black grip area is, which also unscrews. An anchor bolt in the middle keeps it in place, and three different anchors keep the blade connected as well.
Only complaint would be the weight/grip points, where the saber is most weighted to spin with ease is at the barred area before the emitter, which is a bit killer on the hands, but I’ve gotten used to it.
The ONLY other issue is the buttons, I got the red screw in buttons which work a treat, but sometimes un-thread too easily? Once or twice they’ve popped out from the hilt when I go through my motions, this is quite literally the only issue I REALLY have with this saber.
Durability: 9/10! Despite the button issue, this thing holds up REALLY well. Dropped it (accidentally) a few times on the street and the electronics are just fine, blade works perfectly, the threading on everything (save for the buttons) catches excellently and I can safely say I do not regret this purchase for a second.
…Now what’s my next purchase gonna be…
(Also sorry for not doing this review sooner, the owner of the website was so patient with me, kudos to you my friend!!!)
